PCAL reserves the right to determine if a class will be offered based upon the number of students pre-enrolled. This determination will be made as early as possible for the convenience of our families.

5th-6th Grades—We use ABEKA textbook for this class. Classes meet twice weekly.

Junior High Mathematics— We use ABeka textbooks. Classes meet twice weekly.

Algebra I  and Algebra II—We use PCAL textbooks. Classes meet twice weekly. Placement tests may be required  prior to admitting a student to any math class.

College Prep Mathematics—is a study of trigonometry, Algebra III, and geometry. Classes meet twice weekly and use PCAL textbooks as well as College Prep textbooks.

English—We use a combination curriculum including Abeka, Wanda Philips, PCAL, and various other sources. Each class is designed to reinforce basic grammar, literature, and writing skills. English classes meet once a week; English A and B are two separate high school classes.

Biology I and Biology II: Anatomy and Physiology—The curriculum used is Abeka. The course will include basic textbook biology as well as some hands-on lab experiments.

Creation Science—This course teaches life science from a creationist perspective. A Bible is required for this class.

US and World History—Designed for junior high or high school students. We use Abeka curriculum.

Government—This class is designed for high school level students.  In this class students will be introduced to the procedures and operations of government.  It will include local, state, and national level structures and the operation and duties of each. Included in this class will be the assignment of writing to elected officials and participating in political discussions and elections.  The curriculum is Abeka Government & Economics. 

Speech—This class is designed to allow students to learn to use their abilities to communicate better. Each student will be asked to research, prepare, deliver, and critique speeches. Various methods of public speaking will be introduced.

Home Economics—Sewing, cooking, cake decorating, general arts and crafts are just a few of the things this class does. It is open to junior high and high students, male as well as female. Enrollment will be limited to 6 student per semester.

Introduction to Chemistry—We use Apologia Curriculum: and awarwd-winning course based on the Creation Science Model. Students will receive a rigorous foundation for chemistry.

Spanish I and II—A basic converstional language class
